On June 1, 2016, the Maine Supreme Judicial Court created the Advisory Commission on the Uniform Bar Examination, naming Jennifer Archer as the Chair. After studying the merits of adopting the Uniform Bar Examination, the Commission will issue a report to the Chief Justice containing its findings and recommendations no later than November 18, 2016.
