Boxer-Macomber Ensures Driver Held Accountable for Three Foot Violation Citation

Friday, January 15, 2016

Attorney Boxer-Macomber went the extra mile this month and appeared for one of her injured bike law clients in traffic court. Although the driver at fault initially contested the unsafe pass of Boxer-Macomber's client and obtained defense counsel to fight the ticket, the driver ultimately agreed to judgment against her and paid the ticket. Boxer-Macomber reminds everyone that bicyclists should be given at least three feet, and sometimes more, when passed by a motor vehicle.
